When each of the 14 sessions is selected, the therapist has the option to adapt the content based on dementia severity, mobility, and decade of birth, ensuring the best possible engagement of the group.
Each session follows CST principles
The activities in each session encourages conversations based on reminiscence, the present and the future. They are designed to avoid conversations about facts, but emphasize opinions and feelings.
Ayla supports you in multiple situations
The images and texts is intended to be shown on a large screen where everyone can see and talk about the content. However, in situations where this is not possible, you can also bring it as a support tool on a tablet to help you guide the session and maintain structure.
