This second webinar in the series brings together leading experts to explore the cost-effectiveness of CST and to consider the potential within care homes. The implementation of CST in care homes offers significant opportunities to enhance resident engagement, reduce hospital admissions, and improve operational efficiencies. Despite its benefits, CST adoption however remains inconsistent, in part due to logistical challenges and care homes facing unique challenges in scaling its delivery.
Professor Martin Knapp will present evidence supporting CST’s cost-effectiveness, while Vishal Shah, Founder and Managing Director of Banyan Care, will share insights from his extensive experience in health and social care innovation. In this 45 minute session they will address barriers to CST adoption, highlight real-world implementation successes, and discuss how digital tools like AYLA can empower care homes to optimise CST delivery.
